Congratulations to Jerry M.
Winner of a three day, two nights stay at the Inn, plus a round of golf for two at the Ranch including golf cart.

My Experience:
If you’ve ever dismissed the thought of going to Death Valley, you don’t know what you are missing. There are two wonderful choices of lodging, the Furnace Creek Inn a AAA Four-Diamond award winner in luxury properties. There is also the Furnace Creek Ranch Resort, more family oriented, a little more hustle and bustle.

The beauty of the above properties, guests may enjoy the amenities at both resorts, regardless of which one you are enjoying. Both properties are sparkling clean and well manicured, both have a charm and enjoyment factor of their own, and both serve fabulous food!

My trip tips:

Fill up your gas tank in Baker, should last you the week, but there is one gas station near the Ranch. Take calling cards (no cell phone service), walking shoes, bathing suit, sunscreen, nice outfit for the Inn, camera and a definite sense of adventure.

Visit both resorts, the Borax Museum, Scotty’s Castle, Harmony Borax, Ubehebe Volcano, the General Store at the Ranch, gift shop at the Inn, National Park Ranger Welcome Center, stop and look at the historical markers along the road, play golf, relax by the pools, walk through the garden at the Inn and have a ball!

There is Wifi, throughout both facilities and the welcome center.

Would I go back? Can we leave tomorrow!
